Love the way our coop turned out from the plans provided! This coop will definitely last a long time, it was a fun project, took me (with a little help from my kids 14 & 11) about 2 full weekends to fully construct.
Highly recommend these plans. We felt they were straight forward. Made a change to the window but other than that built as directed. If you are on the fence about building a coop, just do it!

I liked these plans, you can customize them a bit. My wife is happy my hens are happy. Satisfied. Took me 2 evenings and a weekend to complete my 15 year old son helped.

Buying materials to start my coop tomorrow. I made some adjustments as I want to add nesting boxes to both sides and 4 windows instead of two. I find the drawings and material lists per drawing very helpful as I am an electrician by trade and not a carpenter. Thanks so much for making the drawings affordable and easy.
These plans are clear and easy to follow! The only issue I had is that it calls for the fascia board to be installed after the drip edge and roof and I believe it should be the opposite. Took me about 72 hours working by myself, I had all the tools I needed except for a brad nailer.
It turned out beautifully. I highly recommend this set of plans.

EGGcellent build!! So pleased with this chicken coop build. We actually have a Kona coop, we were considering purchasing another model as we expanded. This was worth the build, I can now use the Kona (which we are also very happy with-easy to assemble, great starter coop) to introduce new hens, or for a broody hen or as a chicken hospital. We now have 20 happily inside our house.

Clear Plans, gave a good list of all materials need to build, and step by step instruction. We hired a handyman to "help" my husband and son. Very satisfied with how our turned out.
